Orbi has no account, analytics, ads or tracking. Your agents’ tasks and questions and your settings stay on your computer. Versions with update alerts check a public release manifest, and anything you ask to install is installed by your own AI agent.

1. Who is responsible

Orbi is published by Rafly Lesmana, an independent developer (“we”). You can reach us at raflylesmana111@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

None. Orbi has no telemetry, crash reporting service, advertising identifier or analytics SDK.

To check for updates, Orbi requests https://downloads.orbi.chrystalesia.com/latest.json at startup and once a day while it’s visible. The request carries no agent content, installed version, cookies or account identifier. Cloudflare serves that file, so it receives the connection’s IP address and standard request headers. Downloads your AI agent makes also go through Cloudflare.

3. Data stored on your computer

WhatWhereWhy
Preferences: sound, volume, screen, start with Windows, how the island rests%APPDATA%\Orbi on Windows; ~/.config/orbi on LinuxTo remember your settings
What your AI agents show on the island: their name, the task you gave them, their status, their cards (progress, numbers, lists, summaries, links) and their questionsIn memory while they run. Cards an agent marks as lasting are also kept in agents.json, in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Orbi on Windows or ~/.local/share/orbi on Linux, until you dismiss them or they expireTo show them on the island, including after a restart
The agent requests you closedThe island’s own web storage: %LOCALAPPDATA%\fr.louisraille.planetbar on Windows; ~/.local/share/fr.louisraille.planetbar on LinuxSo they stay closed
A diagnostic log: agent names, session ids, events such as “question asked” or “session ended”, and errors. It holds no card content, questions or answers%LOCALAPPDATA%\Orbi\orbi.log on Windows; ~/.local/share/orbi/orbi.log on Linux. Capped at 1 MB, and never leaves your computerTo help diagnose problems between your agents and Orbi

Orbi also keeps the last release version it checked in the island’s web storage, so a known update still shows while you’re offline.

You can delete all of this at any time. First remove Orbi from your agents with orbi-mcp uninstall all. Then:

4. Your AI agents

Your agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or any other MCP client) reach Orbi through a local connection on your computer. When you answer an agent’s question on the island, your answer goes back to that agent only. What the agent does with it next, including sending it to its AI provider, is covered by that agent’s own terms and privacy policy. A link in an agent’s card opens in your browser only when you click it.

We have no access to anything your agents send or receive.

5. Your agents’ configuration

orbi-mcp install all registers the local bridge and Orbi’s guard hooks in your agents’ own configuration files:

Before writing, it shows a diff, asks you to confirm and takes a dated backup of each existing file. It keeps unrelated entries, and removes earlier Planet Bar registrations and hooks it owns. orbi-mcp uninstall all removes only Orbi’s registrations and the older entries it owns.

6. System permissions

Orbi asks for no special permission. On Linux, installing the .deb or .rpm package needs administrator rights; the AppImage doesn’t.

7. Children

Orbi is a developer tool and is not directed at children.

8. Your rights

For questions about how Orbi handles data, write to raflylesmana111@gmail.com. You can remove the data stored on your computer with the steps in section 3. For data your agents send to their AI provider, contact that provider. If you live in the EU, you can also contact your data protection authority.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll publish the new version on this page with a new date.
